Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care items (if seal is broken)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at customerservice@endur.com.

Return Process

  1. Email us at customerservice@endur.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
