We strive to deliver your EndurPro™ orders promptly, securely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for order processing, delivery options, shipping costs, tracking, and potential delays.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after placement.

  • Orders received after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Domestic Shipping Options

  • We currently ship only within the United States to verified healthcare practitioners.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. Estimated delivery times:

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, EndurPro™ does not offer international shipping.

  • We may update our international shipping options in the future—please contact support for inquiries.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain total—check the website for current promotions.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees for international orders (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Local Delivery / Special Instructions

  • We currently do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup. All orders are shipped via our designated carriers.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • You can track your order directly with the shipping carrier.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • Orders can be edited or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

  • Returns are only accepted according to our Return Policy, which covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather events, carrier delays, or holidays.

  • We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays, especially during peak seasons.
